DIVISIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Glenn is the Divisional General Manager of Safety and Sustainability for Sime Darby Industrial.

Glenn was appointed Divisional General Manager of Safety and Sustainability for Sime Darby Industrial in October 2017 having previously been General Manager Safety and Sustainability at Hastings Deering.

Glenn has more than 20 years working in the safety arena both domestically and internationally including working for companies such as Thiess, Halliburton, John Holland, Gold Coast Desalination and Downer EDI Mining.

Working across South East Asia, Solomon Islands and the Middle East, including the world renowned Palm Island Project in Dubai has equipped Glenn with business strategic planning, technical and operational expertise.

As part of the Sime Darby Industrial Executive Lead Team, Glenn is working alongside the leaders in the business to build a strong, strategic safety and risk platform to work towards the goal of No Harm, to our people, the environment and our business.

As sponsor for the Sime Darby Industrial, industry leading Felt Leadership Program, Glenn is ensuring our people have the values and beliefs required to equip the business with a sustainable and proactive safety culture.
