PAUL FRISKE
GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Paul has been with Hastings Deering for more than 6 years. In his current role, Paul takes the lead in Australasian dealership excellence transformational strategies, optimising areas of business into highly efficient and focused operations. Paul ensures the delivery of outstanding dealership results and engagement of personnel in a rapidly changing dealership environment.
Paul's previous role with Hastings Deering was Executive Manager, Strategic Facilities, where he was responsible for the strategic leadership of the enterprise Master Plan. Prior Paul was responsible for the strategic leadership of the Parts Supply Chain throughout Australia and Pacific Islands, delivering safety performance, productivity and efficiency improvements.
Before Hasting Deering, Paul held the position of Australian Supply Chain Manager, Kerry Asia Pacific; was a Key Account Executive and Supply Chain Manager with Downer EDI; and was National Distribution Manager Australia, State Account and Field Sales Manager at Goodman Fielder.
