What is the recruitment process for the Graduate Program?
Complete your online application including, resume, cover letter and screening questions. Your online application will include a mandatory video cover letter. Attaching your academic transcript is also mandatory along with indicating your year of graduation or expected graduation. You may be contacted about your application and invited to complete a short phone screening interview. Successful candidates will be invited to attend an information & engagement session & interview. Offers will be made following the interviews for your stream. All candidates will be notified of their outcome. If successful, your new cohort friendships and networking begins from day of offer!

What does a successful application look like?
A successful application will include a resume and cover letter tailored to the job advertisement. Attaching your academic transcript is mandatory along with indicating your year of graduation or expected graduation. Thoroughly read the advertisement and ensure that your skills and experience match the requirements of the role. This includes making sure your degree is included in our targeted degrees for that Graduate role. Customise your resume and cover letter to highlight your key attributes, skills and experience and how they align with the role and our company. Proof-read everything. Our application process includes a 60 second video cover letter. We are not able to accept a pre-recorded video however, you can re-record over your video if you wish to revise. Read the requirements for the video and submit. We would love to see your authentic self!

Do I have to complete my degree?
Yes. Degrees must be completed in full. (minus vacation work and internships). If you are yet to complete your degree, please indicate your expected year of graduation in your application screening questions.

Where will I be based throughout the program?
All roles are Brisbane based with the opportunity for regional rotation/exposure dependent on the role.

What work will I be exposed to? (I.E. different business departments)
Each Rotation Program will provide you the opportunity to gain both a breadth and depth of experience across your field of expertise. Where possible, we will provide you the opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the business through a variety of learning experiences.
